Start by getting to know Riverside. Visit our Novogorsk campus, ask questions and explore the right programme for your child. These are the main steps from your first enquiry to joining us.
Current admissions enquiries cover Nursery, Primary · KS1–KS2, Secondary · KS3 and Secondary · KS4; please ask our team about availability. The ages 16–18 stage — Russian Grades 10–11 and an international Sixth Form pathway — is planned for a future academic year. Admissions are not yet open. The opening year, programmes and entry requirements will be announced separately.
Call or send an enquiry with your child’s age, previous learning experience and the stage you are considering: Nursery; Primary · KS1–KS2; Secondary · KS3; Secondary · KS4. We will discuss the Russian and British educational pathways individually.
Meet the director, see the learning spaces and discuss the school day, languages and your expectations. When arranging the visit, we will confirm whether your child should attend the first meeting and what to bring.
For Nursery, we will talk about routines, independence and settling in. For a first school place, we will discuss readiness for the school day. For a transfer, we will review previous learning and the next steps.
If needed, the school may suggest a meeting or an assessment of learning and language skills. The format and timing are agreed separately. British Year groups and Russian grades do not always correspond directly.
Complete the application and medical forms. If your child has attended school, prepare a report or transcript from their previous school. The school will confirm the full document checklist and how to submit it for the selected programme.
After getting to know your child, we will discuss place availability, the programme, the start date and fees. Before signing the agreement, clarify what is included and which activities cost extra. The additional ESL programme is charged separately. The format and cost of one-to-one assistance are agreed separately.
Admission and study arrangements are discussed individually with parents.

\nOnce admission is confirmed, complete the required paperwork and pay under the agreed terms. Confirm the timetable, meals, uniform, things to bring, teacher contact and arrangements for the first few weeks.
