Reading, writing, mathematical thinking, questions about the world and the ability to explain an idea help children progress. Lesson content depends on the chosen programme and class.
Riverside offers Russian and British educational pathways. At your visit, we will explain the selected class’s curriculum, subjects, teaching languages and workload. The appropriate pathway is discussed in light of age, previous learning and your family’s goals.
Riverside offers ESL — English as a Second Language — and/or one-to-one assistance. We agree the format, level of support and terms with each family, taking account of age, experience and learning needs. Support arrangements and admission are considered separately.
Small classes help teachers notice strengths and difficulties. Discuss your child’s learning needs and how the school shares progress with your family.
