Deeper subject learning, growing independence and confidence using Russian and English. KS3 is the next stage after primary school.
Pupils learn to work with information, ask questions, compare explanations and support a point of view. Understanding includes being able to explain the reasoning behind an answer.
Working with sources, discussions and presentations develop the ability to plan a task and explain the result. At your consultation, review the selected class’s subjects and learning priorities.
Riverside offers Russian and British educational pathways. At your visit, we will explain the selected class’s curriculum, subjects, teaching languages and workload. The appropriate pathway is discussed in light of age, previous learning and your family’s goals.
Riverside offers ESL — English as a Second Language — and/or one-to-one assistance. We agree the format, level of support and terms with each family, taking account of age, experience and learning needs. Support arrangements and admission are considered separately.
Tell us about the current class, previous curriculum, teaching language and your child’s interests. Appropriate placement, transfer arrangements and availability are discussed individually.
Independent work, clear reasoning and confidence with language support the transition to the next stage of secondary school.
RUB 120,000 per month.
ESL and one-to-one assistance are discussed separately on agreed terms.
